Hey Chancey. I noticed you posted recently to the walking group about being a little bit slower and you were worried about the speed of the walks. I am going this saturday morning and if you are going, don't stress the speed. I will hang back with you. I walk pretty speedily at the park by my house, but I never know how my knee will act on any given day, so I too might be slow. :) Anyway, hope to see you at a walk soon.
