This is a Virtual Event: Kickstart Your Health Yearlong!

The 21-Day Kickstart is live from the first through 21st of each month! Based on research by Neal Barnard, M.D., one of America’s leading health advocates, this program is designed for anyone who wants to explore and experience the health benefits of a vegan diet. Low-fat vegan—plant-based—diets are the easiest way to trim excess weight, prevent diabetes, cut cholesterol, lower blood pressure, prevent and reverse heart disease, and reduce cancer risk. They even trim our carbon footprint.

The Kickstart will give you an all-access pass to:
21 Day Meal Plan; Nutrition Webcasts; Community Forum; Restaurant Guide

Steel cut oats is normally our morning meal, anyway. We usually add raisins, cranberries, and chopped mixed nuts. This morning, we added the apple while cooking and mixed nuts. How do you enjoy oatmeal?

We add some fruit and/or nuts to our steel cut oatmeal. I give my grandchildren breakfast five days a week and on four days they get the steel cut oats because they love it so much. I make the oatmeal plain for the week. The fruit and nuts vary and hot and cold vary. Sometimes they want it hot and sometimes cold.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
