A country with Pluto in Capricorn has a power base that without intervention by the people and their advocates defaults to corporations and their influence on government. And of course, the USA has Pluto in Capricorn.

In astrology, Pluto works at a global level putting everyone through a long slow roll giving us time to feel the impact of power imbalances related to the sign he occupies. His intent isn’t to kill us individually although it can sure feel like it — and at times we wish he would. Instead he exposes what power inequities are killing us through collective thought and action, relative to the sign he’s in, ultimately providing opportunities for rebalancing power.

This eye-opening and thought-provoking presentation by Deborah Smith Parker traces Pluto through each astrological sign it has inhabited in the 20th and 21st centuries — and its impact in the opposite signs earlier in our nation’s history — to show the shifting power dynamics in historical context, who is impacted, what corrective measures are/were taken and implications for the future.

Deborah Smith Parker is SDAS’ Vice President. She is also an astrologer, author, writer and blogger. Visit her website at www.astrologicuspress.com.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
