TO JOIN THIS GROUP YOU MUST BE AN "OFFICIAL" BABY BOOMER, IN OTHER WORDS ...If you are one of the 78 million people residing in the U.S. who were born between 1946 and 1964, then this group is for you. We are the ones who are re-inventing age, seeing ourselves at least 12 years younger than we are and continually moving the age of the proverbial "hill". We are the largest percentage of the population. We are Baby Boomers.. You must meet the criteria, to become a member of San Diego Baby Boomers. While we are willing to stretch it out a few months on either end, our aim is for this group to be for and about true boomers, who want to make new friends, talk about what's ahead in our lives, reminisce about the 60's and 70's, share stories and just have fun. We discuss issues facing today's BabyBoomers, such as retirement, socializing, grandchildren, travel, lifestyle, living arrangements, etc. If these are issues that interest you and you were born between 1946-1964+/- please join us!  If you do not fit into this description, this is not the group for you!   Oh, and many people ask, "is this a singles group"..the answer is no!  It is not intended for that purpose.  If it happens between members great, but my intent when starting this group was to make new friends who shared similar interests.  Give us a try.
