ABOUT BELLY DANCE
Belly Dance is the oldest dance recorded. It has been admired for centuries for its grace, sensuality, and muscle control. Recently Belly Dance has become a fun and interesting way to get in shape. It requires the body to learn how to control smaller groups of muscles and results in a toned body with greater coordination.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Meleah has been teaching and performing for over 15 years. She teaches workshops worldwide and loves to see students develop their “inner dancer”.
Meleah’s students learn how to express themselves and how to show their personalities. She shows effective techniques for adding flair and drama to the dance. She has a broad background in dance, and emphasizes technique and alignment with every movement. Through strength and training, comes grace and power.
