Hackathon Co-hosted with SD Clojure

The SD Clojure Meetup are joining forces with us to host another functional programming hackathon!

We've got projects from the last hackathon to keep working on, or you can bring your own to collaborate on with the group.

Please note the changed venue: MonkDev has graciously volunteered to host for us this time, so we won't be meeting at Ansir for this hackathon.

Friend (aka 'mellon' in elvish) is a Clojure library intended to provide a foundation for web app security. It currently supports http authentication and OpenID. I've implemented a Clojure implementation of Mozilla Persona that can extend Friend. Perhaps others would like to take a crack at extending Friend with other ways of authentication? http://cemerick.com/2012/04/11/friend-an-extensible-authentication-and-authorization-library-for-clojure-ring-webapps-and-services/

Conflicts with the Python meetup, unfortunately.

It's a good sign when we got multiple tech meetups conflicting. San Diego starts being like the Bay Area... ;-)

The Python UG is a good one though. Well worth joining.
