As a graduates of P90X, We've learned so much about muscle confusion and ways to keep our bodies progressing while fueling it with proper nutrition.
Day 1: Kenpo or Cardio X
Day 2: Chest and Back
Day 3: Plyometric type workouts
Day 4: Shoulders and Arms
Day 5: Yoga
Day 6: Legs and Back
3 weeks then a Recovery Week
