Monthly Meetup

This month we are trying something new.  In addition to our regular meeting and discussion around starting our food businesses and seeing how this group can best serve the community I'll be doing a "lightning talk" on the topic of: Salt.  I'll be using the book "Salted: A Manifesto on the World's most essential mineral" by Mark Bitterman as a sort of textbook.  The talk will last 10 or 15 minutes. Afterwards my friend Sue Robers of North County Olive Oil will host a tasting of gourmet salts so be sure to RSVP for this event.  Hope to see you all there,  Steve

      :-( Probably not but if you'd like to meet for coffee we might be able to connect. Also, I'll be scheduling a meeting of my Cooking with Herbs and Spices group soon. Perhaps that will work.
