Introduction

I've been canoeing since I was a kid. Compared to that kayaking is relatively new to me. I really enjoy paddling with other people and I think this is the nicest group of people to paddle with.

Tell us about your experiences, favorite trips. Do you have your own boat (a kayak or a canoe)?

I have a couple of kayaks. I also have a 17 ft. canoe. Some day, I hope to add some canoeing events too.

What type of kayaking do you enjoy? What level would you place yourself, beginner, intermediate, advanced, Instructor?

I would place myself as an intermediate kayaker. I enjoy learning and at the same time I think I maintain a healthy respect for what the water can do. Kayaking has become my favorite recreational activity.
