San Diego Marathon Clinic (est. 1976) Sunday Long Run

The San Diego Marathon Clinic is open to all runners and walkers from beginner to advanced.

Group meets at DeAnza Cove in Mission Bay on Sundays at 8 am.

Several runners attend with group runs ranging from 6 miles, 8 miles, 10 miles to 13 miles. There are also walkers that break into groups walking 3 to 5 miles.

There is a group warm up for about 10 minutes to allow any latecomers to get there.

Both the workout and clinic are free. Please come join us.

Ozzie Gontang, founder and director since 1976 has been teaching runners and walkers of all levels on how to run and walk properly to minimize injuries. This clinic also introduces people to the Pose Method and ChiRunning styles through a slow 3 to 4 mile training run.

Please come join us and have some fun!
