Hi,

I am training for SD marathon. Starting to encounter IT Band flare ups since I've increased my mileage. Can't wait to learn about chi-running. Heard great things and have been practicing techniques, but old habits are hard to break! I would love to find someone/ group to do my long weekend runs with. I've done up to 18 miles so far...attempted my first 20 miles last weekend, but IT Band coupled with boredom set in. I'm looking to do 20-22 miles the next two weekends(may 14 or 15th) and May 21 or 22. Anyone interested? I'm doing about a 10-10.5 pace, but I've had some good size hills on my runs. I'm planning on a 10min. Pace or less for the marathon. Look forward to meeting everyone this weekend!

Cheers,
