Test Your Skills on Our Obstacle Course!

Every Sunday, we set-up an awesome obstacle course for you to conquer! Open to all levels, this American Ninja Warrior/Spartan Race hybrid course will have you climbing, crawling, jumping, and running as you race against the clock to complete it.

SDOCR workouts will help you burn fat fast and add functional strength quickly. Sessions are designed to be safe, and meet the needs of first-timers and first-place-finishers.

Some of our members are training for a mud run or obstacle race, while others want to get in shape while having a blast.

During a typical 50 minute session, you will burn[masked] calories doing high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises. You will run, jump, crawl, push and pull, and may climb ropes, scale 6-ft walls, swing from rings and monkey bars, throw spears, and flip tires, all with 1-1 instruction.
