San Diego Personal & Professional Development Group Pages

This is a group dedicated to growing personally and professionaly. Things that are not not growing are dying. What are you doing currently to grow personally and professionally?

We believe in the importance of lifelong learning. What we know now will not be enough in a month or a year from now. Change is the one constant we all must accept and if we are not growing then we are falling behind.

"If you want to earn more you need to learn more" Brian Tracy

We will meet at Brian Tracy's office in Solana Beach. Email us for details.

You will have access to teachings, lectures, & discussions from the top business leaders and personal development coaches in the world, including audio books, e-books, and goal worksheets. Leaders like Brian Tracy, Mark Victor Hanson, Bob Proctor, Bill Bartman, Dolf de Roos, Ivan Misner (founder of BNI), T Harv Eker, Paul Martinelli, Don Hudson, John Gray, Steve Anderson, Jim Cathcart, Dave Sherman, Debbie Allen, Dave Clark, Scott Zimmerman, Paula Fellingham, Kevin Carrol, Jim Britt and many more!

Jim Rohn said it best:
People often ask me how I became successful in that six-year period of time while many of the people I knew did not. The answer is simple: The things I found to be easy to do, they found to be easy not to do. I found it easy to set the goals that could change my life. They found it easy not to. I found it easy to read the books that could affect my thinking and my ideas. They found that easy not to. I found it easy to attend the classes and the seminars, and to get around other successful people.

They said it probably really wouldn't matter. If I had to sum it up, I would say what I found to be easy to do, they found to be easy not to do. Six years later, I'm a millionaire and they are all still blaming the economy, the government and company policies, yet they neglected to do the basic, easy things.

This will be the focus of our group. Setting goals. Reading, listening, sharing and watching personal and professional development material on a regular basis. Surrounding ourselves with like minded, successful individuals, mentors, coaches, and business leaders. NOT making excuses and NOT blaming anyone or anything. NOT neglecting the basic, easy things!
