Do you strap on your running shoes some days and only make it as far as the living room? Have you ever woken up with great intentions of running that never happen? Do you love the way you feel when you’re finished with a run, but have trouble motivating yourself to get started? If so, this group is for you! We are a group of recreational runners/joggers who want to have fun and meet other awesome people while staying in shape (We just happen to have a teensy problem with motivation!) We welcome runners of all speeds and ability levels, but we cap our runs at 5K, so if you’re a serious or competitive runner this group probably isn’t for you. We meet once a week for a short run (3 miles and change) alternating routes each week followed by food and drinks for anyone interested, so if your pace is a little slower no worries-we’ll have your drink ready and waiting when you walk in! We’ll also be doing a few 5K races each year in San Diego as an extra motivator to stick with it. Come join us!
