This event will be joint event 3D Printing San Diego meetup group. This will be little less structured meeting. We are expecting about 4 - 5 different speaker to present about Cementitious 3D building. More information will be uploaded shortly.

James Newton will be sharing two short videos about a garage sized cement printer that was built using an open source stepper driver he provided, and answer questions about large scale 3D printers

    After the meeting, some people were talking about the need to measure 3D printer filament as it is going into the hotend to compensate for variations. Turns out a friend of mine is developing just such a thing:

    I would like to see presentations on projects that were further down the development track. The first presenter's bottling project is clearly still in the idea phase. The second presenter, on cement printing, wasn't sufficiently involved in the project to be able to adequately describe it.
