This group is designed for runners of all levels, from beginning recreational runners to the serious marathon or triathlete. We will hold monthly meetings for runners on various techniques to help you enjoy running and avoid nagging and serious injuries.

This monthly clinic will be hosted by Dr. Todd Plutchok, D.C. and will feature workshops, clinics, and guest speakers to assist you bringing you the latest techniques to keeping you injury free so you can "love running again".

Come join the group, protect your body and continue to enjoy your passion for running. Topics will include but not limited to: Biomechanics of running, foam roll & stick classes, self care tools, proper stretching and stretching techniques, nutrition, etc.

If you are or have experienced any of the above conditions, then take action, join our group and learn how to protect yourself and continue to run and enjoy yourself.

Each month we will have new topics, raffle prizes, potlucks, guest speakers, etc. Come educate yourself, meet fellow runners, and get great expert advice.
