Learn how to use inexpensive tools and everyday objects to keep your muscles and joints moving freely and feeling good! Foam rolling is to the muscles as flossing and brushing is to your teeth. Learn recovery nutrition tips, and when to ice, heat, or ice and heat?This 30-45 minute class will go through the body head to toe and teach you how to roll away those kinks and sore spots in your body.
We will also have some great recovery foods and recipes to take home
