This group is designed for runners of all levels, from beginning recreational runners to the serious marathon or triathlete. We will hold monthly meetings for runners on various techniques to help you enjoy running and avoid nagging and serious injuries.
This monthly clinic will be hosted by Dr. Todd Plutchok, D.C. and will feature workshops, clinics, and guest speakers to assist you bringing you the latest techniques to keeping you injury free so you can "love running again".
Come join the group, protect your body and continue to enjoy your passion for running. Topics will include but not limited to: Biomechanics of running, foam roll & stick classes, self care tools, proper stretching and stretching techniques, nutrition, etc.
