What do you want to get most from joining this group?

Align with others who realize that Running Form and Style play a more important role in one's running than the shoes one wears. Share my folklore on form and style and learn from others.

How important is it for you to improve your running performance?

If by running performance you mean running form and style of my running then it is extremely important to keep practicing to improve my running performance. If you mean speed by running performance after 37 years of running I have slowed way down, however continue to maintain a high cadence while running ball/heel.
