Do you have any pain or injury associated with running? What is it?

occasional plantar fasciitis especially a day after running in minimal shoes for >2hrs.

What do you want to get most from joining this group?

would like to improve my running posture to run injury-free.

How important is it for you to improve your running performance?

I would like to improve my speed, but thats not my top priority. Being able to run a long distance comfortably in later stages of my life is.


I have been running for 1.5 yrs. running 25-30 mi/wk. being transitioning to minimalist running since last May. not planning to race, but like to be able to run long distance one day.
