It's springtime- have you seen the abundance of food growing out there in the wild? We'll get out there for about a 2.5 mile hike through the park. There are so many awesome plants out there to use for everything from food, to medicine, to creating rope & tools. We'll cover trees, shrubs, & the local "weeds" that have cropped up all over the place.
Here's just a few that I foraged for Easter this year. Mugwort, fennel, yucca flowers, miners lettuce and white sage.
