Welcome, San Diego Shakespeare Fans!

Meet other local fans of Shakespeare's plays. Whether analyzing the texts or reciting the plays; this is a Meetup to unite the young and the old. First you should join the San Diego Shakespeare Society. Meetup will be for additional activities, especially driving up together to all the Shakespeare plays in the summer, in Orange and Los Angeles counties. Many are free, outdoors. We'll make a day of it, leaving early, reading and discussing the play, either eating somewhere or bringing sack lunches, picnics. Carpool and share expenses. During the rest of the year we can get together to watch movies of various plays, and again, spend some time reading and discussing them before and after the play/movie. Or, choose a play and meet weekly to read and discuss it. Many possibilities!
