Why: Drinks, food, prizes, no show fees and benefits for members
This is a social co-ed group, not a singles group. It's an active group. We have golfers of all skill levels, all ages and all walks of life. We get discounted rates and golf at courses all over San Diego County.
There is a one time fee of $40 to join the group. These fees always go back to the group in one form or another. It's used to pay for no show charges, drinks, food and sometimes tournament prizes. Hurry, the fee is going up to $50 soon!

So I have been in touch with the tournament sales director at Riverwalk and they are very interested in having us come and try it again. The thing I have noticed this time of year is that if we tee off any later than 10 am with weekend golfers we end up not finishing. And the rates we are getting are not matching the play we are getting in. This is in no way due to the pace of play of our group. This group does not play slow. Read more
