      Caspers Park is located on the highway Ortega which is highway 74. Which is in between Lake Elsinore and San Juan Capistrano

      Depending on where you coming from it physically is close to to San Juan Capistrano then it is Lake Elsinore although I always come from a Lake Elsinore

      The closest place that I know of is chino hills state park. That is about 16 mile from where we are
