This is a group for anyone interested in Wing Chun and Mixed Martial Arts. Men and women of all skill levels are welcome. The classes based are based on Wing Chun, Taekwondo, Aikido and Karate. Each class begins with cardio and plyometrics and ends with a yoga series designed to strengthen and release the muscles and to calm the mind, allowing for the absorption of the experience and knowledge attained during class. These sessions are designed to improve our understanding of our own bodies with sound mechanics and a refined level of awareness. We also host monthly meetups outside of the dojo and look forward to deepening our friendships there.
