Learn the latest techniques and methods used in baking extraordinary cookies, cakes, and pastries with all organic plant based foods. This hands-on workshop will get you into the kitchen to experiment with recipes you are sure to enjoy.
The class will be divided into small work groups, all the ingredients, equipment, and instructions will be provided. We will taste and evaluate the recipes at the end of each class and any leftover baked goods can be packaged up to-go to share with family and friends.
To participate please bring an apron and a dish towel, hair needs to be covered or tied back and food handler gloves will be required and available at class. This is a free class however a $6.00 donation for the food costs and supplies would be appreciated for take-home samples and recipes.
Class will meet on Tuesday mornings from April 23 - May 28 from 9:30-11:30am with new recipes at each session. Come join us for some great fun baking and taste testing delicious vegan baked goods!
