The meeting was productive, enjoyable. We discussed current projects: Save the County Seal effort, and the Los Angeles Mayoral race. We had a townhall type debate on the mayoral race, it was excellent.

Enjoyed the differing ideas shared about the candidates (Moore and Hertzberg) for the upcoming mayor's race by the members of our group.

The March meeting allowed the airing of pertinent personal views
concerning the direction San Fernando Townhall Conservatives should go to support Political candidates who foster our ideals and beliefs.

Lively discussion regarding race for Mayor. I think that we should take a position with the California Republican party that states how little, if any, support they are giving to local candidates, who, in the future, may be great candidates to run against some of the Democrats at the County, State and National levels. It is my opinion that the Republican Party is treating California Republican like the wicket step children. Without their support, how on Earth can any of our candidates win an election?! Mr. Moore sought their support many, many months ago, and if they had responded in a positive way, maybe his numbers would be much higher now. They have a base of funding and other support that they seem unwilling to share with California Republicans, yet they want our money to support their other candidates. Somehow we MUST secure their support if we are to be successful in any races anywhere in California.

Good meeting. We got the final information about the County Seal petition and had a lively discussion about the Mayoral election.

Lengthy discussions about an unelectable Republican Mayor were wasteful. State and local politics trumped national concerns such as privatization whicj is fighting an uphill battle.

    To reduce government-privatize
To recruit new Republicans pish privatization.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
