My ISP is having a service outage so I can't upload large files at the moment but I can point you to the right tools. If you're a CLI user just download opus-tools from http://www.opus-codec.org/downloads/
I use Ubuntu so I found it in the Ubuntu Software Center. From that you can run opusdec to convert to WAV and do whatever you want. If you're a GUI user there's foobar: http://www.saunalahti.fi/~cse/Opus/If you're still having trouble tell me and I'll try later day when service is better.
