I can safely assume we've all experienced heavy losses; whether you've lost a relationship, had some sort of failure, loss of possession or death of a loved one. Such experiences decrease vitality and enthusiasm for life, to say the least. It can feel like you're stuck in the painful experience and can't move on. Or everything in your environment reminds you of him, her, it. I have a friend who has extensively studied loss and the human experience and has been counseling people for years. He's agreed to deliver a workshop on the subject for free. It will be on Tues, 22 April at 4pm and should take about 2 hours between talking in group and hearing what he has to say about it. I'm looking forward to it. Hope to see you there! If you have questions, e-mail me at [masked]
