BeagleBoneBlack Buildoff!

Let's meet and discover new ways to prototype using BeagleBoneBlack. We currently have two boards we are in the process of programming to prototype two inventions in particular which we will present and explain to you during this meetup. Feel free to bring whatever opensource boards you are using or planning to use ie: arduino raspberry pi etc. Come prepared to mingle and make!

I would definitely like to do this again. I come with absolutely no hardware background and only a starters limited ability with JavaScript. Not enough to write an app to manage the project's logic. But if it's ok for me to look over shoulders I can assure you I am extremely interested and paying full attention. Thanks.

Definitely, let's do it again. I think we ought to make the meetup more focused on self learning with the Beagle Bone as the platform, Linux and Javascript as the medium. The even thought the project was ambitious it did might have been completed if we'd done some minor planning up front. My suggestion is to have another meeting to prepare for a wider audience of self directed learning.

Ok I've been trying to use the meetup mobile app and it is complete garbage!
I can't accept members or add pix!
here come some pix from the build off

Special thanks to everyone who came and helped hack on an idea that has burning in my mind for a long time.

Would you guys like to have a BeagleBoneBlackBuildoff round 2? If so when is a good time for everyone?
