Playing guitar is fun as well as a great source of relaxation and self-discovery that can enhance your life on many levels! The group class environment is a fantastic way to learn as well as meet new people to play with. We encourage and inspire each other.
You will learn:
• all the basic concepts of guitar
• chords and songs that apply to many different styles of music
• rhythm and strumming techniques, fingerpicking and more!
Each lesson is tailored to create a motivating atmosphere where you can experience your progress while learning to play the songs that you love.

Carrie Baum Love is the artistic director of Supersonic Theater, and the composer/director of Exit Sign: A Rock Opera which won "Best Musical" at the 2008 San Francisco Fringe Festival. Committed to the integration of sound and music with health and wellness, she holds a certificate from the California Institute of Integral Studies in Sound, Music, Voice & Healing. Carrie is founder and director of SoundSpace! a beautiful new space in the heart of San Francisco’s Mission district where sound and music are combined with other art and wellness practices to experience insight, discussion, community, and fun! Carrie also has a private practice where she offers private creative sound coaching sessions as well as guitar, bass and songwriting workshops and private lessons.
