I like a wide variety of beers from pale ales to sours. I especially love veg-fruit weizens; deep dark stouts & porters, freaky-groovy gruits, barrel aged beers, flemish sours, old ales and interesting PAs and IPAs.
Fruit wines & meads since 2007, all-grain beers since 2011.
I do 3-gallon all-grain BIAB batches indoors. I've been making fruit wines/meads since 2007, expanded to beer brewing in 2011. Former professional baker, fermenter of many things - sourdough, krauts, cheese...
