Practice Letting Go

Reframing.  Releasing limiting beliefs.  Integrating contrasting parts of our selves. These are all natural processes we go through as human beings as we grow emotionally and psychologically.  Using NLP and hypnotherapuetic approaches we can activate these natural ways of learning and consciously engage our inner 'ecology' to more gracefully relate to our outer environment.  We can become more clear and whole, essentially stepping more fully into the driver seats of our lives.

Got something to let go of?  Join us in practicing two simple techniques, one for identifying and releasing limiting beliefs, and a second for integrating contrasting parts (part of me wants to do _____, but part of me wants to do ____).

We'll demonstrate both the reframing/releasing limiting beliefs technique and the integration technique, and support folks in practicing the techniques with each other in diads.  Everyone will get a chance to experience and practice the techniques.

This meet-up will be facilitated by Jeff Ennor, Clinical Hypnotherapist.

GPS and internet maps show HCH on Mt. Diablo Blvd though it's located on the hill above Mt. Diablo Blvd. up a driveway.  If you haven't been to HCH before please check out the directions on their website.  Every meet-up people got lost trying to find HCH- please let me know ahead of time if you have any concerns about finding HCH.

Email Jeff if you have any questions.

    Jeff Ennor made an excellent presentation of particulat technique for "letting go". He was able to break down the process so that attendees could do the same. Class members asked many questions that Jeff could easily answer and attendees were very engaged. I learned a new technique that is most helpfu;

    Jeff led us through the parts process and demo. He was very skilled in his guidance and pacing. I found the process to be very valueable both professionaly and personally.

    Wow, your location is far for me too. I will definitely try to attend tomorrow but don't think I can do this on a regular basis.

    Hey there -- this sounds like an interesting and experienced group, and it's a long way for me to come from the other side of the San Rafael bridge. Do you ever meet somewhere closer to San Francisco? I could host in an amiable floating home in Sausalito, if you'd like to meet there sometime.

      Hi Lucky, There are sometimes SF Bay Area Hypno/NLP meet-ups in San Francisco. Thanks for the offer to host. How many people can you fit in your floating home.
