Dean Richards is a Senior DBA for Confio Software and has helped hundreds of companies solve database and virtualization performance issues. He has over 20 years of experience in both development and database administration and has focused his entire career on performance tuning of Oracle and SQL Server environments. Most recently Dean has focused on the trend to virtualize databases while still achieving high performance.
