David Lowe, an early SF.pm member, will give a talk on horrible uses for pack() and unpack().

"We do lots of horrible things with pack and unpack at work, some of which I think are pretty interesting and surprising. I'll probably start with a crash course in basic pack/unpack usage and its normal use cases, as well, but spend most of the time talking about surprising use cases."

We will also have games, details forthcoming.
