I have a long history of work in customer and sales support. Most of my experience has been in Customer Service with my most recent work being in a customer service representative job which I did not like. I did successfully manage a small service organization that consisted of field representatives and bench repair engineers. My sales support work consists of helping salespeople develop strategies to approach leads by conducting needs analysis on the target company and I have had success at performing software demonstrations on the West Coast. With an MBA and some experience in financial software I am looking to use my presentation, troubleshooting, problem solving and management skills in a new job.
I am looking throughout the bay area for a new opportunity. My preference would be to work in San Francisco where I live, but I am willing to commute. I would like to get back into Service Management to use my background in customer service. Alternately, I am looking to start a career in Project Management as either a Project Coordinator or a Project Manager. I am not constraining myself to a particular career field, but am looking for anything that will allow me to use my skills and background successfully.
I am looking to create and grow a professional career network to help me find a new job and to establish friendships and connections with professionals to use throughout my career. I am interested in joining a success team to help me and help others open up the job search to find new opportunities. My current situation is dire and I need help - and I am willing to provide help and support to other network members.
I agree to adhere to your policy(s). I am not looking to solicit any product or service.
I have been unemployed for 6 months. I am looking to grow a career network and help others with their job search processes. I have considerable customer and sales support experience and look forward to meeting everyone.
