I spent seven years as a Campus Director at a company providing outsourced coaching/customer service services for colleges and universities. I excel at managing teams to deliver results, increase morale, and improve operational effectiveness. I was responsible for professional development, client management, day-to-day operations, policies and procedures, P&L, and performance improvement.
Seeking a new opportunity outside of the education/non-profit world. I would love to be able to apply my skills and passions as a director or manager for a customer service team.
