So far I've been tracking simple dietary and exercise patterns to hold my panic disorder at bay. Moving forwards, I'm interested in using Quantified Self as a motivation-hacking tool. On the personal side, I suffer from panic disorder and am looking for tools to help with that. Otherwise, I'm fascinated by the potential for Quantified Self to drive pervasive gameplay that actually benefits people.
Good mix of people - there's a critical mass for everyone to find others who share their particular QS-related interests. Random suggestion: the QS community should hold a poster/booth session. This would enable more presenters to showcase their work to more highly targeted groups. It would also increase the social time at these meetups.
