Down to chill & party in the middle of the week? Sounds crazy but if you're off on Thursday July 4th (Independence Day) or simply a party animal, get your a$$ out to North Beach!
What/Where: North Beach - Let's start at a quiet bar/pub food scene, maybe pass a few pubs & try to make our way to a place w/ groovy beats and cheap tacos!
Why: Well, how often can you sleep in on a Thursday?
Tentative Plan (Will probably change):
A) 15 Romolo @ 7:45-8PMish start - Quick meet & greet, simple drinks & snacks where it's quiet & chill! If the service is slow or too crowded, we can hop somewhere or grab pizza on the way to the real deal!
B) Monroe SF Hump Day Dance Party around @ 8:30-9PMish - ???. We can catch the end of the 90's if ppl come on time. Check out their weekly Battle of the Decades event ($1.50 Tacos!): https://www.facebook.com/events/412501102154390/
C.) Mini-Pub Crawl @ ?? - We'll hop bar to bar in the area if the music or crowd at Monroe starts to suck.
How to Find the Group: I'll be wearing a gray hat, gray beanie, or gray something over my head (for a bit). Try to meet us at 15 Romolo and check the Meetup page or Twitter for where we're at.
Google Voice (Contact) Number: Emailed to those who RSVP!
Twitter Feed: https://twitter.com/SFRandoms
What you need to do: Head over on time to meet the crew. Bring cold weather gear, ID's, cash (for bar to bar action), and be damn awesome (as in be friendly and no drama)!
FYI: If the places just don't cut it, we'll venture out to other nearby places!
More info to come soon! Just RSVP and think of bars you want to hit up! Message me for questions!
Google it lazy! BART is not working sorry! MUNI 12 or 8X passes through North Beach
