What up Kool Katz!
Let's end the 3-day holiday weekend by grooving to some classic beats at Madrone Art Bar! Happy Hour Specials from 4PM-8PM, free chair massage by a random stranger (ask for Janelle), & plenty of dancing! What more can you ask for?
We will start at a small bar/lounge nearby to "converse" and get "cozy" with one another before breaking it out the moves on the dance floor!
Cost: FREE - Oh yea...dey crazy!!!
The Plan (Review Carefully):
1.) Vinyl Coffee & Wine Bar (359 Divisadero St). 7:30PMish-8:30PMish - Quick Meet and Greet. It's Happy Hour and much quieter for the quick intros!
2.) Madrone Art Bar (500 Divisadero St). 8:30PMish - whenever: Funk/Soul dancing and grooving! I understand ppl gotta work the next day...so let's try to get out somewhat early!
Note: We can play it by ear and move to Madrone's when the group feels like grooving!!
To Find the Group: Be there at Vinyl Coffee & Wine Bar around 7:30PMish. I'll be wearing (for a bit) a brown hat..and I'll try to come earlier if anyone else wants to join in!

WHAT WE NEED TO DO:
Meet Up: Start at Vinyl Wine Bar around 7:30PMish. It would be nice for me to chill for a bit prior to hitting the dance floor!
But I'm hella lagging: I will regularly post the group's whereabouts throughout the night. Contact info was emailed to those who RSVP'd early!
Bring Stuff: Cash/Card, Cold Gear (if you feel cold), Funk Swag, & some positive energy for sharing.
Have Fun: Dance it up if the music is rocking, socialize, drink & relax with good people!
Parking: Street parking is a bit tough in NOPA. My recommendation is to park around NOPA/Alamo Square area (around Divisadero & Fulton). Meters are free after 6PM!
MUNI/BART/CalTrain: Bus 24 (Dvisadero and Fell), 5 (McCallister and Divisadero) and 71 (Haight & Divsadero) should get you there. You can also take the N train (Duboce St/Noe St/Duboce Park)!
