Hi all! I am training for R2R2R in late Sept and need some help with my last 2 big runs. I have a good 24 mile route running up Mt. Diablo and then back down. We can add mileage based on how we feel...but we'll see :) Any help for my runs on 8/30 and 9/6 would be awesome.

Turn by turn directions:
Turn R at the fork at the entrance
.37mi (after passing the dry "frog pond" on your right) turn R onto the Briones to Mt Diablo Regional trail
.9mi R at the fork to stay on Briones to Mt Diablo Regional
2.2mi stay straight on Briones to Mt Diablo Regional trail
2.45mi stay straight/right at the fork to stay on Briones to Mt Diablo Regional
2.82mi stay straight to continue onto Mt Diablo
3.97mi stay straight to continue onto Green Valley Rd
4.66mi turn L (not sure of trail name)
5.14mi turn R (not sure of trail name)
5.5mi turn L onto Wall Point Rd
8.16mi (when you hit S Gate Rd--don't cross the road) turn sharp L onto Summit Trail
8.46mi turn L to stay on Summit Trail (again, don't cross road)
9.85mi turn R to stay on Summit Trail
10.4mi L at fork to stay on Summit Trail (R is a fire road, will get you to the same place)
11.47mi L at fork to stay on Summit Trail
11.73mi you're at the parking lot.
Turn around and come back down... :)
