Coastal/Miwok/SCA 9.7 miler Saturday Jan 19th

This is a favorite run of ours, beautiful views, fun downhill & some thigh- building ups. I am a slower runner, hike hills & am getting back into trail running, so no hurry if you stick with me. My husband is an intermediate runner & often does out-n-backs to combine our paces, would love to have some similar paced runners out there with him. We hit the headlands/Tam area pretty much every weekend we are in town, and will be gradually building as I got into Miwok again this year - oi. Come join us! We will be starting at the Conzelman road parking area. Disregard the map in the "where"section. Use this instead:

go over the bridge then take the alexander ave exit but immediately turn left so you pass under the 101 then follow the frontage rd going to sf but turn right on conzulman gping up the hill THEN turn immediately left into a p lot. there is a trail head in the corner

Alternatively to Dan's great directions, it is the lot where you pass through if you are biking to Sausalito. My cell is[masked] if you get turned around.

we will try to be there by 9:20 and be standing by the closed gate near the road (and trailhead). Nic will be wearing a red shirt. I usually always have a white hat & my giraffe gaiters on. See you Saturday!

Yes, the parking area is opposite the view site, so take the exit and go under the freeway & up Conzelman, just a bit & its on your left. It fills up fast on weekends sometimes, so you may need to park on the road & walk up.
