Hi Natalie, I host a beach volleyball meetup for beginners-intermediate players & look for beginner level tennis players like myself. I've seen family members move less & less over years then fall from muscle atrophy from lack of use. Our bodies are designed to be used-volleyball & tennis are a fun workout & often a better view than from a gym. Doctors say walking is good for heart patients but does not elevate heart rate that prevents hardening arteries. I love the fun warm people I play with.

Look forward to seeing you on Thursday at Noon! There is a feedback part of the agenda where people can share a particular challenge, and the group will brainstorm solutions. An amazing process. We can usually fit in 2-3 at the meeting.

I will clear up camera storage card since I don't know much room video needs. And test how long it takes to record say 5 minutes. I plan to buy a HD format and RED camera but that may be 1-3 years away to film a television show pilot - possibly more.
