The French Loop Trail is located in Redwood Regional Park in the East Bay Regional Park District. The park contains the largest natural strand of coast redwood in the East Bay. Features of this trail include wildflowers, ferns and other deep forest vegetation, wild turkeys and a stream with a trickling small waterfall.
The French Trail is a lengthy segment within a larger trail system. We will be hiking the Tres Sendas/French/Orchard/Bridle/Stream Trails to complete the loop.
