Hi Terry, thanks for the welcome message! I'm in San Jose now - I was in Honolulu for school and didn't realize I hadn't updated my location. I'm a complete beginner with Irish. I've been interested in learning for a long time, but I always struggled to find good resources. I'm interested in meeting you all as I am new to the Bay Area, and I'm excited to finally learn some Irish :)

My daughter has really bad anxiety and sometimes the panic attacks are too much, so I'm kind of "on call," which is why I often have to cancel stuff last minute. I'm always studying, though. I hope Laura or someone showed up today.

I am free any evening except Mondays, including weekend evenings. Weekends I'm free about half the time. I am in another meetup group that has weekend classes. I don't go to all of them, but I will be busy Sat. 1/19 until 1 pm, and Sat., 1/26 after 1 pm.
