In order to support a healthy lifestyle, I am excited to invite you to participate in this weekly meditation program. If you can't come every week, it's not a problem.
We will be exploring a variety of approaches to meditation that will serve as an introduction for those new meditations as well as those who may already have a regular practice. The approaches included will be more traditional silent meditations, as well as guided modes grounded in hypnotherapy and energy healing practices. The classes will be interactive and attendees’ participation will help shape each session. There will be some time to connect and share around our practice.
