How To Find Capital To Fund Your Real Estate Deals

Speakers: Louis Bardis of FJM Private Mortgage Fund

About the Presentation:

Making money in real estate is the American Dream!  But, as you know, it takes money to make money.

The good news?  It doesn’t have to be YOUR money!

It is much easier to put existing resources to better use, than to develop resources where they do not exist.
― George Soros

Leverage, or using other people’s money, is one of the secrets to wealth and one of the biggest benefits to becoming a real estate investor.  At our next networking event on Wednesday, June 25, we will have Louis Bardis of JFM Private Mortgage Fund discuss the exact steps to help you get your transactions funded!

About The Speaker:

Louis Bardis began his real estate career in 2005 with Benchmark Lending Group, Inc. In 2010, Louis began working for a small private lending brokerage in Marin County, CA. There, he selected and underwrote loan opportunities for high-net worth clients. In 2012, Louis partnered with FJM Investments, LLC to form Northern California Mortgage Fund, II, III, IV, V, and VI, LLC. Louis is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and the continued performance of the loans placed into the funds. In the same year, Louis created Theta Real Estate, LLC to further various real estate investment activities in the single family market. He graduated with a Master of Science in Finance from the University of San Francisco and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in California.

The presenter was duly qualified and prepared his documentation as a training seminar. The PowerPoint Presentation and other examples that were provided from the projector were great tools for the meeting. Once again, the attendees had relevant questions and the answers were free flowing. Most, if not all, of the attendees stayed after to compare notes, business cards and provide advice.
