San Jose Urban Aussies is a meetup of Australian Shepherds (and other active dogs) and their owners. Our goal is to provide opportunities for play (i.e. tire ‘em out!), training and socialization for the dogs as well as a social environment for owners to share their tips, stories, training techniques, etc. for raising great dogs.

Activities we’d like to coordinate are: hikes, trips to local dog parks, social outings to wineries and restaurants, dog-related community service opportunities, “working” meetups to polish their manners (training), or any other activities members come up with.  We'd love for members to be active participants in planning and organizing meetups for the group. 

All dogs (and their owners:) ) must be friendly, dogs must be up-to-date on all vaccines and dogs must be under their owner’s control to attend the meetups.

By joining Urban Aussies Meetup, you agree to release the group’s organizer and members from any and all liability with regard to group activities. You are responsible for your dogs at all events and agree to keep your dogs under control.
