What is your UX Philosophy?

To create an interface that provides useful information to viewers and minimizes the amount of steps to get the task done.

When I am designing a product or website, my first step is...?

My first step is to ask the employer what they hope to accomplish with the website, who is their audience (or who they hope to target), and who is their development/marketing team. I also would like to know if I have any restraints.

My name is Tiffany Lee and I'm currently in the Master's program of Human Factors and Ergonomics at San Jose State University.
