Guided Meditation Practice

**** PLEASE RSVP so I know you're coming. If I don't get confirmations for this practice, I may not stay until 6pm. In other words, if no one RSVP's, I'll probably go home. *****

Let's sit together! My plan is to have every Tuesday from 6:00-6:45 available for a guided meditation practice. Everyone is welcome. Guided meditations are great for beginner's and can be grounding for more experienced practitioners.

We will start promptly at 6pm so come a bit earlier to get settled. Take off your shoes and leave on porch. Door will be open, just come in quietly and take a seat on a cushion or chair. Bell will ring once to begin our practice and three times to end. We will be sitting for approximately 30 minutes.

After the bell rings 3 times, you can just get up and leave or hang out a bit and have tea/conversation with others. This is a very informal meetup.

Try and be on time and if you're late, come in mindfully and take your seat.

If you have a cushion, please bring it.
